Lesley Medina was absolutely amazing! She greeted me before i even came into the showroom - super friendly. She was very quick to understand what i was looking for and started pulling up inventory. Before i knew it there were several SUVs already pulled around to the front of the showroom. She had them turned on, AC blasting and ready to show. When we wanted to look at a different model Durango - it was less than a minute and it was at the front. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and things she didn't know she had answers quickly from looking up on her phone. I was truly impressed by her and had a sense of trust given this whole experience. She also worked everything quickly and did not waste any time which is typically my pet peeve. I have come here for years, and this experience continued to hit the mark for me as to why i always come back here for buying all my vehicles. Can't wait to drive the Jeep Grand Cherokee...Thank you Lesley - great working with you today!!!

I saw they had a car i wanted online and i came up to see it and it was actually at a sister store but Lesley put a rush on getting it back over here and she accomplished her goal and got us the car the very next day detailed and ready for me to test drive we came up to test drive it and it was late she stayed way past her hours to make sure we were taken care of she had all the paperwork ready for us to sign and we drove home in my new car that night i was beyond happy with our service Lesley is the best car sales woman i have ever dealt with..

I replied I need a new car she said you are at the right place we looked at a few trucks and she made me so comfortable with my choice making we both was all smiles from the beginning to the end. She assured me that everything is going to be ok I'm satisfied with my purchase. After the test drive we greeted each other with a hug and handshake. I’ve purchased many vehicles and always HATED it. The typical “salesman” attitude and general behavior always makes me feel like I need to shower afterwards.
I was so PLEASED when approached by Ethan Gleason, such an easy going disposition didn’t make me feel pressured and he gave me enough information to think about the purchase before any paperwork.
I also didn’t have to stay all day - I left to go run errands and the final paperwork was put together without me sitting there waiting.
