During the time I was buying my new car, I had numerous obstacles to over come before the sale was complete. Personal issues! Not because of the dealership or my Sales Consultant, Kyle Kirkpatrick. Kyle demonstrated patients, knowledge and persistence in helping me overcome my obstetrical. His determination and patients for over 2 months were just awesome. He helped me in every way possible to get my vehicle. Kyle went out of his way to expedite the final sale and delivery by having my vehicle perfectly detailed on VERY short notice when the transaction and paperwork were finally complete.
Kyle stayed in close contact with me through the 2 month process without being pushy or impatient with my situation. Very enjoyable experience. Chad was awesome. He was upfront and honest the whole time. When I said I wanted a very low payment, he said he could not do it and apoloized that he couldnt do business. The other dealers stated, "Come on in" and "We do what we need to get you where you want" but then they couldnt do it when I got to thier location. Van Griffith KIA and Chad were not only able to get the best deal, he made it an enjoyable experience in purchasing my new KIA Optima Hybrid. Thanks Chad!!!!!

I had a great experience with Chad at Van Griffith KIA in Granbury. I am from Austin and was just driving by and whipped into KIA to look at the different colors (had been thinking of buying one). My friend Susan and I were in Granbury for the play On Gold Pond, so they last thing on my mind was that I would be buying a car today. Chad was awesome and even though we told him we were from Austin, he took his time with us and showed us around. I am driving away in a brand new KIA Soul that I love! Thank you Chad you are awesome and so was the finance manager Jim...he was very helpful and gave me great advice!
