This is the first time I have ever bought a car and I have to say that my experience with Beth Daffan was incredible and I quite honestly wouldn't have wanted any other salesman. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability and has an impeccable job performance.

Let me say this,
You notice the friendliness and honesty as soon as you walk through the doors. Their is a genuine concern for customer service and they listen and make sure they are giving you what you need/want. There is nohard "Upsells" and they keep you informed throughout the process. I will and already have recommended KIA and Van Griffin KIA in particular to friends and they have made me a loyal KIA customer.

THIS IS THE 2ND KIA I THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM MARCUS AT VAN GRIFFITH KIA IN GRANBURY TEXAS. THE LEVEL OF SERVICE HERE HAS EARNED THEM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I CANT EVEN IMAGINE BUYING A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THE BIGGEST REASON THAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK... "TRUST!" I KNOW THAT MARCUS AND HIS TEAM HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF ME, AND IN THE END THAT IS WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT.
