I went to the website and found the 2014 Escalade ESV and made a call for more information. After speaking with Mike Donahoe and getting the answer to my questions we agree on a price and I left Killeen this morning with my car and will be leaving Greenville with my new car.

My experience at Britain Chevrolet/ Cadillac was outstanding and the only reason I'm saying this is because of the salesman that was assigned to me. He is a very down to earth individual which is also extremely personable. His name is Steve Ragan and I feel that he is a salesman among salesman. I can say this based on my previous car buying experiences. There was no pressure or anything of the sort to coerce me into doing this deal. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and very satisfied after everything was all said and done....All car buying should be so rewarding...I'm very happy with all that took place at the dealership and would recommend them to any of my closest friends

Heather my future better half was looking for a Rubicon for me on line and found one at Britain Chevy Cadillac. I made a call to make sure it was still there and talked to Mike Donahoe who made it a point to check personally that it was still there. We live in McKinney and didn't want to make a trip for no reason. When we got there the car was pulled up front of the dealership with gas and ready to be test driven. We drove it, liked it, and were interested in buying if the numbers were right.
To our surprise the numbers were in line. Heck we even met the owner Byron Brittain who came over just to thank us for giving them the opportunity to earn our business.
They stayed late, got the paperwork done, had the car cleaned and detailed and we drove back to McKinney in our new Rubicon. Well done Britain Chevy Cadillac, Mike Donahoe, and Dustin the finance man.
