This is my first experience buying a new car and I would have to say its really complicated. This was the third dealership on my list and by far was the best. I had an awesome experience and was welcomed with a big smile. The treatment I received was exceptional, the salesman wasn't pushy at all. She treated me like family giving me advice on this new experience. I would happily recommend this dealership and the saleswoman (Janna Reel) to everyone I know.

One word to sum up out experience with Britain Cheverolet...Fantastic!! We had not one problem or hiccup in the entire sales process...which is pretty amazing. We came in one weekend to meet with Jeff Blain and he helped us get everything set up and put us in a brand new rental car for free while we waited for our Tahoe order to come in. He continuously checked in with us and gave us updates and photos of our vehicle when it came in!! Once my Tahoe arrived we were greeted with enthusiasm and we of course were very excited!! Everything was shiny and spotless!! Duane Stailey was fantastic in going over the ins and outs of my new Tahoe and showed me not only how everything works, but where to find any questions I may have in my handy dandy reference guide!! I am so excited and please with this experience and will certainly refer anyone to Britain Cheverolet. This has truly been the EASIEST vehicle purchase ever!! Also, a big thank you to the owner of Britain...Byron who helped get us set up and treated us like royalty!! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back!!!
