I have purchased a few new vehicles in my life. I have never had an experience purchasing a new vehicle as I have had at Britain Chevrolet with Steve Ragan. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and not pushy at all. He let us look at what we wanted and informed us of the different equipment on the vehicles and he let us make our own decision. This is my second purchase with Britain Chevy Cadillac and both times it was to surprise my wife with a new car. I told them if I went to get the title for my trade she would know something was up. They let me sign the papers and let me surprise the wife then get the title. Mike Donahoe made this a very easy transaction. They both address my needs and tried to sell me what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. I am very happy with the whole process and am driving off with my new car.
