We walked up and were looking at the truck, Mr. Monroe came out and asked if we needed anything. At first he thought we were joyriders, and I was offended, but he immediately turned it around when he realized we were serious. He was very honest with us and gave us the best deal I believe he could. We are new to the car buying experience and he was very gracious explaining step by step what every dollar meant. I would absolutely come back here for my next car or refer a friend.

We decided on a chevy Cruze that is brand new with the factory warranty. Got a great, and are driving off the same day. How cool is that. Thanks Britain Chevy and Mike. After going to a few dealership we thought why not stop by Britain Cadillac before we went home. What a pleasure it was that we did. We met with a Mike Donahoe and he made the process seems so easy. I thought this is the way buying should be, well we agreed upon a price and said we want a Escalade with black outside and tan inside. Of course Mike said no problem, to our surprise the next day he called and said he found our car.
