Completely enjoyed our experience purchasing our new Escalade. Mr. Mike Donahoe was so polite and helpful. There was absolutely no haggling or pushing to purchase or going back and forth with the finance officer. Mike helped us find what we were looking for, gave us the keys and from there we were changing information. Great, easy deal.
