I came in to Britain Chevy Cadillac thinking they would tell me the same thing I've been hearing. We will have to order you an Escalade. To my surprise Mike Donahoe said they had an Escalade on the lot that just came in. I just assumed I would be passing the sticker price and there would be no discount. To my surprise they offered me a lower price and made it so easy. I will refer my friends and family for sure.

I have been looking for a used truck for 6 months. Growing frustrated with salesmen and the cost of used trucks I had quit looking. I jumped on the web on 01/20/2014 and saw exactly what I had been looking for. I called and spoke to Duane and ask questions and then ended the call with he would call me back. I could not wait so a drove out from Rockwall and met him and looked at the truck late that afternoon. It appeared to be what I was wanting and had been looking for. Duane let me take it overnight. He was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, easy going and very very friendly. I was tired of the BS from other dealers. This was a great experience for me and I WOULD RECOMEND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY HERE TO SEE DUANE AT BRITAIN!

Every question that we asked was quickly answered. We were given as much time with the vehicle ti compare with another vehicle as we wanted. While test driving the original salesman was very informative, due to an emergency at home he had to leave all the sudden and was replaced by David Bailey whom was a friendly and informative as the first sales rep. The buying experience was the quickest one we had ever experienced as well making this least stressful for buying a vehicle. We would recommend Britain Chevrolet to anyone wanting to buy a new car.
