Richard Lundy was very quick to respond to our request for more information. We immediately began receiving emails with exactly what we were looking for.
Richard had all the trucks that we wanted to see waiting up front for us when we arrived, cranked with cold air blowing. After we determined which vehicle from Britain's lot best suited us, he was patient to look at the area wide inventory to make sure that we were still satisfied with our selection. This dealership did not play any of the "ask the manager" games, we were happy with the No Hassle approach.
This was the most quick, painless, vehicle purchase ever. We are really happy to get a really great deal!

From the moment that we walked in the door to the minute we drove away in our new vehicle, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and a hometown hospitality that is becoming more and more of a rarity amongst the sales force of the car business. I would gladly recommend any of my friends or family to deal with these two individuals if they had a Chevrolet vehicle in mind. I was just passing through town and happened to see the 2011 Escalade and had to stopped in. Well, the rest is history. I met Mike Donahoe who was very patient and took his time. He went through getting my insurance transferred, hooking me up with OnStar, and showing me all I need to know and then some. Mr. Monroe provided excellent service. We reside an hour away from the dealership and Mr. Monroe had everything ready for us with no problems.
