Awesome customer service. Finance was a breeze. Israel was very informative and helpful with signing and vehicle protection. Henry has been extremely helpful in dealing with all demands and making sure I was happy with the vehicle.

Great service and professional care. Only complaint is that the delivery of the vehicle was delayed past the expectation that was set of 6-8 weeks. It was actually 10. However, the best I can tell, it does not appear that was any fault of the dealership.

We traded in two Honda vehicles for a 2014 Town & Country as well as a Jeep Cherokee. The service provided by Jonathan Iverson was top notch! The process was smooth and stress free. He was able to work out a deal to get us into the vehicles, reduce some of our negative equity and still save on our monthly payments!
Working with Israel in finance was just as good. His service was spectacular and he explained every part of the paperwork. The process was quick and efficient, which we really appreciate. It's hard to believe that the finance part was so enjoyable. It was nearly stress free.
Thanks to Jonathan, Israel, and the team at Huffines, we went home and, for the first time, didn't feel like we made a hasty, bad, decision. This was truly the best car buying experience that we have experienced.

Was great experience. Did not feel like a typical auto purchase from a dealership. Both Henry Kadima in pre-owned and Israel Barrera in finance were extremely personable and informative. I will recommend to others to see these guys about a vehicle purchase.

Our sales experience was interesting to say the least. We were greeted promptly by Leon. We did not receive his full attention through the test drive, and did not have more than basic knowledge of the functions and features of the car. He did not ask questions to get to know us, and I am not sure if he took us seriously because of our age. He allowed us to borrow the car and told us he would have all the paperwork finished so we would not have to wait. When we arrived, he offered us a drink, then left and did not return. He did not hold to his word, and the paperwork was not ready. We waited for an additional 45 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. Once we were handed off to Israel, he took complete care of us. Very personable and genuine. He went above and beyond to help us out. Leon would get a 1 out of 5 rating, Israel gets a 5 of 5.
