I couldn't be happier with my experience with Huffines in Lewisville. My great experience began with the service department. I had moved from Louisiana and experienced an out-of-warranty issue that was supposed to have been rectified while under warranty. The service department went to bat for me with Chrysler and got the work done for me under warranty.
When the time came for me to get a new car, I purchased a Chrysler 200 from them. The purchase experience was just as good as the service I had received in the Service Department. Everyone from the salesperson to the GM to the Finance Manager treated us with respect and fairness. I was so impressed that I bought my wife a Dodge Dart at the same dealership.
My wife and I are very impressed from top to bottom with this dealership. Integrity and service seem to be the hallmarks of this dealership from all that I observed.
I cannot recommend Huffines high enough. In an era when there seems to be dishonest business people everywhere, Huffines is a refreshing change from the common. Kudos to Huffines.
