WAS LOOKING FOR A NEWWER VEHICAL FRO MY FAMAILY AND STOPPING INTO HUFFINS TO SEE WHAT THERE WAS TO OFFER. MARK WAS VERY PLESANT AND VERY HELPFUL. I LOVED THE NO PRESURE AND NO HASSLIE ATMOSPHER. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful and had a surprising amount of information for a brand new model. Mr. Blythe did a commendable job with finding me the proper vehicle (given my specific requests) and I do feel like he worked beyond his normal duties to find the right vehicle for me.
As with any complex transaction, which involves negotiations, there were some times where details were not communicated correctly (pertaining to different options available on different trims of the Cherokee) that caused wasted time for both sides, but there was nothing extreme.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Huffines and will be recommending your dealership to others.
