Our experience at Ray Huffines Chevrolet Plano was very pleasurable. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to us purchasing our new Chevy Colorado. She explained financing and warranties very well. Chris was also very helpful in explaining how things would work since I was a Veteran and what they would be able to do to help us with the purchase. The purchase of our 2015 Equinox was a big decision and we are so pleased with the service extended to us by Paul Burrows, Mark Ackerman, and Burl. We each have been through several years(!) of new car purchase experiences and can both attest that this entire experience with Huffines Chevrolet has been far superior to any other car dealer either one of us has dealt with. The "no pressure" atmosphere through the entire process with each employee I mention has been so appreciated and has increased our trust in this dealership and desire to do future business right here if at all possible! We look forward to getting the opportunity to further discuss the extended warranty offers explained by Burl and make any decisions within the time-frame we are allowed.
I must add that I have a strong family connection to Texas A & M, having spent 2 years on campus while my first husband finished his degree, and my son and my stepson are both graduates of "TAM".
