He did his best to handle our queries and paperwork quickly as he understood that we were rushed on a day with fragmented time windows and a combination of moving deadlines and absolute times when we had to be in other locations. The only problem was that he was put under pressure to complete stuff in our rush when we were perfectly happy to leave things midway and return when time allowed. he was very helpful.
