Hello, my name is Jake Spann for Moritz of Fort Worth Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have been a sales Consultant for moritz for roughly about one year, and this family has been my only dealership experience, yet i have been so thankful to have my spot be here amongst this collection of managers, technicians, and co-salesmen. Delivery Maxx has been a great tool for our store in terms of helping set the table for positive reviews for our store. As we all know, image is the key. One wrong word and the image is shattered. With delivery maxx we have the unique opportunity to help construct a robust and dignified image of ourself and our store while we still have a direct line of contact with our customer, encouraging further postive words spread in the future. Also the feature helps prepare the customer for the factory reviews that come later (which are very important to our job security).
Another great thing about the Delivery maxx procedure is that it helps create a natural closure to your interaction with the customer without severing all communication. Before Delivery maxx upon delivery there would be this unavoidable awkward moment where i would just have to say goodbye and head back inside until the happy customer drove off. The procedure helps give a solid point of pronounced exit which i found can help bring peace to that nervous and excited customer as they ride home for the first time in that machine they have been drooling over for the last 3 hours.
