We came to Van Griffith specifically for a Niro. They did not have the specific one we wanted but made every effort to locate it with no luck. So, they ordered it for us and it came in two weeks earlier than predicted! Charlene was so sweet and non pushy. She kept us posted along the way and did her best to make sure we got what we wanted. Brad the Finance manager was great as well. That's always our least favorite part and he was great. Made it a short time. Getting ready to drive home with our Brand new Kia Niro!
