I usually drive my truck for 8 to 10 years and they all had over 200,000 miles as long as they were Chevy's. So, I went looking for another Regular cab 2500 Silverado. To my surprise they're are hard to come by. After speaking with Mike Donahoe and Brian Heiser the GM they said they would find me one and at a better price then I had be getting.
That was Friday and today is Tuesday and I'm driving off with my new truck.

i drop my 2006 truck in for repair and was browesing when Scott came out and shot the breeze with me.He answered all my Questions without putting any pressure to buy a new truck. i called him several hours later and he came out and me and my family at the truck. again he put Know pressure on us to buy.Scott is very friendly and professional. i will continue to do all my buisness with him and Britain chevrolet.

What a difference, I saw the truck I was interested On Sunday when you weren't opened so I called this morning and spoke with Mike Donahoe who informed about everything I needed to know. When I got here it was all the same as we discussed. Really nothing changed. This is the way car buying should be.

We walked up and were looking at the truck, Mr. Monroe came out and asked if we needed anything. At first he thought we were joyriders, and I was offended, but he immediately turned it around when he realized we were serious. He was very honest with us and gave us the best deal I believe he could. We are new to the car buying experience and he was very gracious explaining step by step what every dollar meant. I would absolutely come back here for my next car or refer a friend.

We came by Britain Chevy to look and were met by Mike Donahoe who took his time showing some car he felt would be good deals for us. A young family starting out. We decided on a chevy Cruze that is brand new with the factory warranty. Got a great, and are driving off the same day. How cool is that. Thanks Britain Chevy and Mike.
