This is my second purchase with Britain Chevy Cadillac and both times it was to surprise my wife with a new car. I told them if I went to get the title for my trade she would know something was up. They let me sign the papers and let me surprise the wife then get the title. Mike Donahoe made this a very easy transaction. I came in and met with Don who was very patient and courteous but I was pressed for time so when I return the following I met with Mike Donahoe who told me Don was off. They both address my needs and tried to sell me what I wanted and not what they wanted to sell me. I am very happy with the whole process and am driving off with my new car.

After looking on the internet we found a pre owned Suburban we were interested in if the price was right.
We met with Migel and Mike when Migel was off. They both worked very hard to earn our business. There were some scratches I asked them to take care of and the two tires needed replacing. Well, they agreed to taking care of both the issues and we are going to be driving off with the Suburban for the weekend.

Well, I spoke with Mike Donahoe on the phone and I made an appointment to see some cars they had. When we got there they had cars that I felt just weren't right for us and our budget. Scott & Mike told us they would let us know when they got in another Equinox. Well to our surprise they got in a 2013 Equinox and it was just like the one we had. They didn't make us feel like we were pushed into doing some thing we would regret. It was a very pleasant experience.

My car (truck) buying experience at Britain Chevy was by far the best I've had. Mike Donohoe was fantastic and a pleasure dealing with. I told him what I was looking for in a truck and he "made it happen". Kelly, the finance guru, helped with the hard part. I was in and out in less than two hours! Is that even legal??!
