I was very pleased with my purchase experience at Britain Chevy. I found the car on the internet, spoke with the sales associate, and they made dealing with them easier than I could have ever expected. Living in Chicago and purchasing a car in Texas from Britain was even easier than setting foot in a local dealer. Everything was done over the phone, they sent somebody to pick me up at the airport, it was great! Britain Chevy gets customer service, and knows how to make the car buying experience easy.

We came to look at a particular truck you had and it was just as described with no surprises. Mike Donahoe took his time to show us the unit and help us get a great price. He even had the manager hold the truck for us to get our money from the bank. He met us the next day and we are driving the truck now and are very pleased.
