My car buying experience was great. Charlie the salesman was not pushy at all, made us feel comfortable and he was honest at all times. Drew from the internet department took the time to educate us and find what we were really looking for. Richard was amazing. He worked his majic to make us walk out of here feeling that we made the right choice to come buy at Huffines. 0the financing can be confusing and scary, but Eric in the business office made it clear and had a lot of patience for us. He really had the best attitude, even when it got a bit confusing during the process. Even though it was late at night, he acted like it was 2 pm in the afternoon. He review every single figure with us and was willing to do it more than once!

Andy was a very engaging salesmen, very kind and was not aggressive on making the sale. He told everything we wanted to know and we never felt any pressure that we had to make a purchase today. Buying a vehicle at Huffines Chevrolet has been an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend a salesperson named Deann. Very knowledgeable and eager to work with you. Deann made the experience from walking on to the lot to driving out in my new car a pleasant experience. Eric in the finance dept made the business end of things non-stressful and we even had a few laughs. All in all, an extremely easy decision to trade my car in and do business with them.

I was very discouraged after an experience I had earlier that day with another Chevrolet Dealer, when I decided I would try Huffines Dealership. OMG A difference between night and day. It was such a refreshing experience dealing with the staff at Huffines. They were honest, very customer oriented, friendly and made you feel as if you were part of their family. One of the most impressive things they said to me was "We want to make sure you are happy and can afford the vehicle you purchase". This statement really showed to me that it was not just about a commission. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. I was so impressed with Deeann, she was like a God send. She was professional, personable and truthfully I think I made a friend for life. Carl my other salesman had only been with the dealership for one week. You would never have known that. He was honest, caring and wanting to make sure I was comfortable through the buying experience. I would recommend Huffines to everyone I know. What a pleasant experience. I am now a new family member of Huffines.
