I went to shop for a Silverado today and met Henry Boyd at Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville Texas who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Henry went over all of the features on the Silverado before we started the test drive and once I began the test drive I felt like I knew the systems well. Henry is friendly and made me feel good about the Silverado that I would eventually purchase today. Actually, I knew what to expect (mostly) from the car and Pat (manager) and Masoud (salesperson) were both awesome in hearing what I was looking for and then delivering! I got a great deal on the car and was comfortable enough to buy it sight unseen since it was up north somewhere in some car shows. I discovered a scratch on the windshield that first night (it wouldn't really show unless the light was just right) and Pat/Masoud got me in contact with Richardson Auto Glass which came out in a few days and did an A+ job of replacing the glass at no cost to me!! I have stopped in a couple of times with questions and they have always been super helpful , even washing my car one time while getting my question resolved!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned car as you'll get a great deal and be treated fantastic whenever you need to stop in for anything...
