Sales representative was helpful and courteous. He was also very knowledgeable regarding local inventory and prices for the model I was looking for. I haven't bought a vehicle for my personal use since 2003, and it hasn't always been the best of experiences - I was intimidated, to say the least. My wife and I stopped by the Huffines Kia Pre Owned lot and were approached by Daniel Testa. He greeted us warmly, asked specific questions as to what I was looking for and within a few minutes returned with a list of vehicles and a suggestion or two. We test drove a Kia Soul and were impressed. Daniel went the extra steps and brought a vehicle from a sister store for me to drive, which I did today (Tuesday 10/4). I made a decision and Daniel walked me through the process - no hassle pricing and the forms needed to apply for the loan. As a child would say Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy. I would recommend working with Daniel if you are intimidated by the process, or want the first time to be a good experience.
