This is the 3rd Silverado that we have purchased from Huffines. The 1st Silverado we kept for 8 years and the 2nd Silverado lasted us for 16 years. During that time we have great service and performance from both the Silverados and Huffines and are looking forward to another long period of time with the truck and Huffines. Both were worth our time and investment while looking for the next truck to use.

This is my 2nd experience with Mark Ferguson at Ray Huffines Chevrolet in Plano. I came looking for him after my 2014 Chevy Silverado was hit in two separate hail storms. I had an excellent experience with Mark the first time around and he came through for me once again. I was pleased with his experience, knowledge, and ability to get me the most amount of rebates and incentives towards my new Silverado. I've referred him to two other friends of mine so far and would certainly work with him in the future on another vehicle.

High quality service! No tricks at all! All staff including salesmen, managers are nice and patient! When I first came and chat with the salesman ,Dan, who is a nice and patient gentleman, he firstly told me that making customers happy is the most important thing in this store, and I thought he did it. We chat just as good friends, I told my demand and my expected price for 2016 Chevrolet Equinox LS, he was patient to discuss with manager and tried to see if it was possible to give me more rebates. The store created a good atmosphere for customers, so when I went back next day for this SUV, the manager directly spoke with me and gave my expected price that I can afford to pay. So, finally I got my SUV that I can afford to. I want to say that they didn't lie to me or play tricks at all. In the future, I'd like to contact with them about maintenance,and also recommend my friends to come and chat with them if they want buy a new car. Because the experience here is terrific no matter whether you buy a car in this store or not finally.
