Today we visited a lot of dealers, trying to find the right vehicle for our daughter who just graduated law school. At Huffines we met Travis Hallman; Travis spent the whole day working with us to get the very best 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (my daughter's *dream car*) at an incredible value. Travis was so kind and patient and treated us like family. He helped us to find the perfect Jeep in the *perfect* color- a beautiful firecracker red, just like she wanted. We are so incredibly pleased with the experience of working with Travis in what is normally a very stressful adventure. I would highly recommend Travis and Huffines- they have *definitely* went the extra mile for us!

From the first phone call to signing paperwork, Travis Hallman was excellent and patient with us. Travis had both 2020 Jeep Wranglers waiting for us to test drive upon arrival. I was really impressed. Travis is the 1st Sales Person EVER that I have encountered that explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. I am a very picky and detail-oriented person and when I told Travis exactly what I wanted, he had it waiting. Travis showed us things on the Jeep Wrangler that i was really impressed about. The most important thing that Travis provided was GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We plan on coming back in January or February to purchase another Jeep; Not only from Travis but this dealership as a whole. Travis Hallman greeted us right away when when walked in. He was polite and very helpful. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. After taking us on a test drive, he explained many of the features and did a demonstration of the removal of the soft top. I wanted to take a moment to rate my recent experience at Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Plano. As you can clearly see, I gave them a 5-star rating. My experience here was as smooth as butter from start to finish. I would like to especially give high praise to my salesman, Travis Hallman. Not only was here extremely genuine and helpful but he was also the definition of professional. I did not walk into this dealership at 1330 on Monday expecting to leave with a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I had a tattoo appointment; I was just wasting time before my scheduled time. However, the more time I spent talking to Travis, the more inclined I became to making that Jeep mine. Travis’ approach was laid back, relaxed, there was absolutely no pressure. One thing led to another; I was trading my ’14 JKU in for a ’20 JLUR. Travis, you’re awesome. I appreciate you, brother. Can’t wait to mod this bad boy!
