Walked into Hyundai Plano today just to ask a question pertaining to a previous purchase at Hyundai Plano. We were greeted by Frank White, Internet Sales Manager. He directed us to the appropiate individual and our questions were answered. Then we decided to ask Frank if he had any hail damaged vehicles preferrably Accents with the hatchback and low and behold they did, only one left! As we talked with Frank regarding our situation of needing another car for work purposes, Frank went and got the vehicle for a test drive and showed of all the features of the vehicle which is exactly what we wanted! We test drove it and loved it! And then came the time to sit down and talk, purchase or lease? Guess what, we're purchasing! Frank White has been the most professional, courteous, helpful, informative, and outstanding salesperson with outstanding customer service we have ever met. This purchase now makes our 6th purchase from Hyundai Plano!
We will continue to shop for our vehicles at Hyundai Plano and if Frank is still here, he will be our first choice!

Wow, Frank White made getting my new car such a wonderful experience! He was knowledgable about what each car had to offer. He worked with me to make sure I got the exact color of car I wanted. Frank White was a killer salesman! I had to replace my car due to hail damage with the expectation of receiving a used car to replace it with. For my price range, he came back with the great news that I could get a brand new car for the same price I'm paying on my current used car. He honestly exceeded my expectations going into buying a new car and made it much easier than I could have imagined. He even found one the exact color I preferred. I would absolutely recommend coming by and seeing Frank if you're in the market for a new car.

Frank White, my salesman, was great. He asked me what particular car I liked, what features were most important, and what was "must have". He was positive and encouraging and set the goal to get me in "my car". Buying a car is an "experience". You know what I'm saying. Frank made the extra effort to give me a positive experience.
I know from my past relationship with Huffines that the service department is great!! I am very confident in my mechanic and what he tells me. I already know if there is a problem, that service will take care of it.
