My experience at Waxahachie Dodge was overall very good. I must say that the staff never gave up on helping me to get financed. The process did take longer than I expected and I did get worried it wasn't going to get done. My credit situation wasn't good but like I said my salesman Brice told me he would do everything he could to help and he did. I want to thank him as well as the finance department because they really came through for me. The end result ended up being as good as I could ever expect it to be.

Extremely satisfied. I worked closely with Billy and David and they both went out of their way to get the vehicle I was interested in. My issue originally began with service, and I had some problems with my existing vehicle for approximately a month. I had taken it to another dealer, and while in the shop I had to pay for a rental vehicle. David and Billy took my vehicle in for service and I was allowed to drive the same vehicle I have (at no cost) for over a week while mine was being serviced. They made a good deal and I decided to trade in for a new 2015 model. Process was amazingly seam less. I will continue to refer my friends, co-workers and family members to this dealership, and specifically to David and Billy.
