We bought a brand new jeep and it leaked after 6 days. After many times trying to fix the problem, we are happy to report we have ended up very happy. Mr. Warren and Mr. Minter kept their word and did what they said they would do.

Another great car shopping experience at Waxahachie Ford Autoplex. Ashley took great care of us and found our daughter an awesome car. She went above and beyond and also made sure that our 8 year old son was well taken care of and kept entertained during the whole procedure. My name is Ashleigh Edwards and I had a great expreience here at Waxahachie Dodge and Chrysler. My overall thought process of a dealership has been foever changed. Henrex was kind, friendly, humble and honest. He gave me great advise and knowledge on what to do to make the process smoother and helped me feel comfortable in the process. I had a great time while I watied for everytihng to be completed and I was so happy with how everything turned out! I appreciated the prompt assistance when I initiated the process and he made sure he did whatever he could to get me in a car I would be satisfied in. I got to drive the car before I signed which also gave him more credibility in my book. He was upfront with my credit and what he could do for me. He also went above and beyond to work with me on the down payment and insurance. He was open to feedback and was more than willing to get me in a vehicle close to what I was looking for. He was kind enough to let me come in empty handed and do whatever he could to let me drive off in a car. I appreciate the dilligence in his work and how well he got the deal approved. The dealership was clean, the other salesmen were just as nice and Henrex gave us a great customer service in the dealership and through email. He responded so quickly and had more than enough knowledge to help me make the decision that was best for me. I have to say that with this being my first car, I am truly grateful that I chose this dealeship because I have a brand new, newly owned, freshly cleaned, Chrysler 200 limited! Whoooo! I have more than words to express my grattitude and hope that the next person that chooses to come to this dealership is helped as thoroughly as I was. My mother even noticed how honest Herex was and wants to come in herself! Please do not underestimate the power of simply asking questions because as soon I called, he gave me answers that I understood and I knew from our first converstaion he'd be willing to really help me.
