Excellent Service. Bobby Everett got me in on time with my appointment. I had called the night before and spoke to Chelsea, and she was able to get an appointment set up for that next morning.. Bobby was able to accommodate me with those services that were needed to get my vehicle back on the road in just a few hours! It's not very often that you are able to find this type of care nowadays. BLAKE CAME OUT AND HELPED ME QUICKLY, ALL I NEEDED WAS A WHEEL LOCK KEY, AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO LOCATE THE WILL LOCK MASTER SET THEY HAD AND FOUND IT. I WILL BE BACK IN 7 TO 10 DAYS TO GET THE KEY AND POSSABLY TIRES NOW. ITS NICE WHEN SOMEONE THAT IS NOT BEING PAID OR INCINTIFIED OFF SOMETHING TO BE THAT HELPFUL. HE IS A GREAT INDIVIDUAL.

Blake was awesome from start to finish. He stayed in contact with me through out entire process, with updates as needed. He quoted me a price and when I got there had no surprise of it being extremely higher like most dealers. I asked if I could use him as my advisor from now on, and of coarse he said yes. Shaun was so good with the Wrangler I bought yesterday that I came back today to buy my new Ram 1500 with a HEMI and again Joey the finance manager was as awesome as he was yesterday and the General Manager Shannon was great as well. This is the forth car we have bought from Waxahachie Dodge in the past 5 years because of the excellent service we receive every time. Y'all were awesome to work with. Thanks again!
