Just want to let you know that we have been more than satisfied with the service that Tyler Preston gave during the purchase of our vehicle. He was very polite and friendly. He made sure to explain all the features of our new car. He worked with us to determine the final price of car. He explained the differences between a 2015 vs 2016 so we can make a better decision on which one we selected. Over all we are very pleased with our experience and with our new car. We are also very pleased with the financing part of the deal.

I got a wonderful card in the mail indicating that Waxahachie Nissan was willing to pay "top dollar" for my Altima's trade-in. So we decided to come in and talk about it with them. We first met with Rocky, who took great care of us while we waited for Tyler to be free. There was an instant connection between Rocky, Tyler my husband Jim and I. They were soo great.. Tyler didn't have to sell me on the Nissan name, its my 7th one, but Tyler took us for a ride, and explained all the new technology we were getting with the a new Nissan. I came in to replace my 2013 Altima with a new Altima, but walked out with a new Maxima. He asked all the right questions so he knew exactly were we needed to be when it came to the numbers. The management team worked the numbers and got me to a monthly payment that worked good for us. It was a great experience and will sure to come back when I'm ready for my next Nissan.
